This feel-good competition returns, with comedian Sara Pascoe joining the team. Twelve amateur sewers test their sewing skills. A different theme each week inspires imaginative responses from the talented sewers. Sports week sees the contestants make a pair of high-top trainers and create daywear from old netball kits. Hammocks provide unusual inspiration in summer week, scraps are put to use in recycle week and, for a place in the final, the sewers create stunning kimono-inspired dresses.
